Book a Podiatry Appointment

If a foot or ankle problem is painful, persistent, spreading, or connected to diabetes, booking a visit is the right next step. Here's how it works.

How It Works

From first call to treatment plan

1 · Call or request online

Call (281) 494-0572 and briefly describe the concern: what's bothering you, how long it's been going on, and whether there was an injury. This helps the office schedule you with appropriate urgency.

2 · Prepare a few things

Insurance card, medication list, prior imaging if you have it, and your everyday shoes. New here? The new patient page covers everything.

3 · Get evaluated and treated

Dr. Patel examines the problem, explains the diagnosis, and walks through options. Many treatments (nail procedures, wart care, padding, taping, injections) can happen the same day.

Not sure you need a podiatrist? Call anyway.

A surprising amount of foot damage comes from waiting. Plantar fasciitis that would have settled with six weeks of conservative care becomes a year-long problem. An ingrown nail that needed a five-minute procedure becomes an infection. A small diabetic blister becomes a wound. The office would rather answer a two-minute phone call than see a preventable problem three months late.

The office is at 1250 Creekway Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478 in central Sugar Land, with free parking, easy to reach from Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond, and the surrounding areas.

Seek prompt care (call the office and say it's urgent) for spreading redness, drainage or pus, fever with a foot problem, a wound that isn't healing, sudden inability to bear weight, or any new foot problem if you have diabetes or poor circulation.

Scheduling Questions

Frequently asked questions

How soon can I be seen?

It depends on the concern. Routine problems are scheduled in order; wounds, infections, injuries, and diabetic foot problems are worked in faster. Describe your symptoms when you call and the office will tell you honestly how soon you should be seen.

Can I be treated at the first visit?

Often, yes. Many conditions (ingrown toenails, warts, corns and calluses, early heel pain) can be diagnosed and treated in one appointment. Problems that need imaging, lab work, or custom orthotics may take a follow-up visit to complete the plan.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Call (281) 494-0572 as early as you can so the slot can go to another patient. The office will help you find the next available time.
